Stop Waiting For Proof

Often, when you’re struggling to believe that you can achieve your goals, you just want a little confirmation that you’re on the right track.  You want a sign that what you want is on its way to you.  But, when you’re constantly looking around for signs, you’re also communicating to the universe that you don’t fully believe that what you want will manifest.  You must embody your goals today and act from a place of where you already know it’s yours.

 

Goals

It is said that a goal or dream is placed on your heart because it is already yours at some point in the future.  On your timeline of life, what you want will manifest.  It might not happen as quickly as you’d like or manifest exactly as you planned.  But, it will happen.  It’s either what you want, a lesson to learn while you patiently wait, or something even better.

Where You Are Leaking Energy

You have an energy bank.  As you go throughout the day, your energy level rises and falls depending on what you do.  Some things recharge your energy while others drain it.  Understanding where you are leaking energy will allow you to better monitor what’s draining your energy bank.  You must keep your energy levels up if you want to have enough energy to take action towards your goals.

Protecting Your Energy

You get to choose how you feel.  However, other people often try to steal your energy or cause you to shift your thinking which in turn changes how you feel.  For example, maybe you were super excited about a goal you were working towards only to hear from someone else that it’s not a good idea.  Your fears, worries, and doubts are triggered.  Other people try to crap on your mood, ideas, and energy all the time.  Your job is to decide how you really want to feel in life and protect that energy at all costs.  Protecting your energy isn’t easy but it can be done.

 

What You Want

Start by identifying the energy you want in your life.  Get crystal clear on the feeling you want.  Maybe this is to feel a sense of peace, love, worth, enough, approval, happiness, safety, etc.  Decide what you want to feel more of in your life.  Acknowledge that you are worthy of that feeling.  You deserve to feel good in your life.  Don’t let anyone tell you otherwise or try to take that away from you. ...

Part of achieving your goals requires making tough decisions on what action steps to take.  Making a decision can be difficult because you’re not exactly sure how it will turn out.  Sometimes you fall into old, bad habits and make some not so good decisions that derail your progress towards your goals.  But, know that you have the power to turn your life around and make better decisions that lead you closer towards your goals and the life you truly want to be living.  Ultimately, your decisions create your future.

Live In The Present Grounding Practice

Trust The Universe
